Tonight’s dinner was grilled flank steak marinated in olive oil, rosemary, lemon juice and zest, garlic, salt and pepper with an orzo salad that had heirloom tomatoes, red onions, feta cheese, sweet corn, and cucumber. It was an amazing affirmation of summer, grilling, and eating delicious food, all of which we whole heartedly embrace. Be jealous.
Dessert was a key lime pie Katherine and her cousin made. Pictured here with coffee and its constituent key limes, it was delicious. And now it’s gone.
